Heal Your Mind & Body Through Sound & Mudras
Did you know that the secret to your health and vitality could be literally resting on your voice and hands?
Take charge of your own health and well-being by learning basic sound healing techniques using your voice and easy hand positions, also known as mudras, which you can do every day to help improve your mind, body, and spirit, and perhaps, even transform your life!
In this experiential workshop we will explore the healing power of sound and how you can use your own voice for healing, clearing, personal growth, and to create balance and harmony in your life. We will also explore the yoga of the hands (mudras), which has been known and practiced since ancient times to elicit higher states of consciousness and bring the mind and body back into a state of harmony and balance. Together, they make a powerful combination that can support you in your journey to healing, wellness and wholeness.
