About Yoga Teacher Linh Mai Pham:
Linh is a Vietnamese yoga teacher, she did yoga teacher training in Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India. She did therapy yoga training in Vietnam. She follows yogi lifestyle, vegan diet and sharing her wisdom with anyone to unit herself and anyone to be Oneness. She has been practicing meditation since she was in 3rd year college when she had depression. Fortunately, meditation has transformed her a lot and she had the opportunity to learn and practice Transforming Art with Indian master. This transformed her to be a happy girl. 
She values the importance of purifying the mind, body, and open the heart. Everyday she keeps the practice to purify her mind and body to raise the wisdom and compassion to reach the Truth of the life through Yoga, Meditation and Transforming Art. She keeps learning and sharing with everyone she meets in her life about Yoga, Meditation and Transforming Art.
